비대면 전용 보증 상품 ‘온택트 특례보증 대출’뿐만 아니라, 신용보증재단을 방문해서 신청하는 ‘재창업 특례보증 대출’, ‘중신용 소상공인 특례보증 대출’까지 3개 상품을 동시에 출시한다.
카카오뱅크는 개인사업자 고객에게 다양한 상품 선택지와 편리한 비대면 대출 서비스 경험을 제공하기 위해 보증서대출 실행 전 과정을 100% 비대면화했다.
특히, 신용보증재단을 방문해 보증 상품을 신청한 고객도 카카오뱅크 모바일 앱에서 간편하고 빠르게 대출을 신청할 수 있도록 서비스를 구현했다. 기존에는 신용보증재단을 방문해 보증 심사를 승인받은 고객의 경우 대출 실행을 위해 반드시 은행 영업점을 방문해야했다.
카카오뱅크가 출시한 보증서대출 3개 상품의 가입 대상은 사업자등록증을 보유한 개인사업자로 신용보증재단 보증서 발급이 가능한 고객이다.
비대면 전용 보증 상품 ‘온택트 특례보증 대출’ 상품의 대출 한도는 3000만원으로, 5.40%의 금리가 적용된다(5월 25일 기준). 사업자등록증 상 개업일로부터 1년 이상, 대표자 개인 신용점수가 745점(NICE평가정보 기준) 이상인 기업 대상 상품이다.
‘재창업 특례보증 대출’은 최대 한도 1억원이며 폐업 후 재창업하거나 업종을 전환한 기업이라면 신청 가능하다. ‘중신용 소상공인 특례보증 대출’은 업력 6개월 이상이며 대표자 개인 신용점수가 710점 이상 839점 이하(NICE평가정보 기준)인 기업 대상이다. 금리는 각각 5.40%, 5.50%다(5월 25일 기준).
3개 상품의 대출기간은 5년으로, 상환 방식은 1년 거치, 4년 원금균등분할상환이다. 중도상환 해약금은 모두 면제한다.
