올해 건축물 시가표준액의 주요 변경 내용은 건물 신축가격기준액이 단일가격에서 용도별로 60만원에서 81만원까지 7개 유형으로 구분하였으며, 용도 지수, 잔가율 및 가감산율 등이 조정됐다.
기타 물건 시가표준액의 경우 2022년 12월 말에 결정·고시한 이후 차량, 기계장비, 항공기, 에너지공급 시설 관련 총 150종에 대해 신규·변경되어 이번에 결정·고시한다.
