브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= bhc그룹은 가맹점과의 상생경영을 위해 이달부터 전국 bhc치킨 가맹점주 대상으로 건강검진 무상 지원을 실시한다고 5일 밝혔다.
올 4월 선포한 ESG 경영의 실천과제 중 하나로 78억 원 규모의 가맹점 상생지원금 전달에 이은 두 번째 행보다. bhc그룹은 ESG 경영 선포 직후인 4월 19일부터 bhc치킨 가맹점을 대상으로 매장별 최대 1,000만 원의 상생지원금 지원을 순차적으로 실시한 바 있다.
bhc치킨은 ESG 경영 선포 이후 가맹점주 건강검진 지원을 구체화하기 위해 전국 지역별 종합검진 병원들과 협의를 진행해 왔으며, 그 결과 9개 권역으로 나눠 총 14개 협력병원을 선정했다.
이번 건강검진은 전국에 있는 약 2000여 개에 이르는 모든 가맹점주를 대상으로 실시된다. 검진 기간은 가맹점별 상황에 맞게 가맹점주가 검진 일자를 선택해 진행될 수 있도록 올 연말까지 7개월간 진행된다
검진 항목은 혈액종합 검사, 신체계측 등 기본 항목과 MRI 및 CT, 위‧대장 내시경, 초음파 등 병원별 협의에 따른 다양한 선택 항목을 둬 개인별 맞춤형 검진으로 진행된다. 이번 건강검진 비용은 본사가 전액 지원하며 지원 규모는 약 11억 원에 이를 것으로 보인다.
bhc그룹은 가맹점주 건강검진 무상 지원을 일회성이 아닌 해마다 정기적으로 실시해 가맹점의 만족도를 높이는 것은 물론, 이를 통한 건강한 일터를 조성해 나간다는 계획이다.
