이번 회의에서는 청년 일자리 창출 방안(울진군 가업승계 청년 지원사업), 군수와의 만남(군민 섬김데이) 운영 등 2개 사업을 대상으로 추진상황, 문제점 및 효율적인 추진방안 등에 대하여 논의했다.

손병복 울진군수는“가업승계 청년 지원사업은 방향과 범위를 정하고, 타 지원사업과의 형평성 등을 고려하는 모델을 설정하여 청년들에게 고향에 정착하려는 동기를 부여할 수 있어야 한다”고 말했다.

또한 “군민 섬김데이 운영은 불편사항이 있어도 행정기관을 방문하기 어려운 어르신들의 민원을 현장에서 파악하여 해소하고, 상하수도, 도로 등의 인프라를 파악하여 사업에 반영함으로써 군민이면 누구나 누려야 할 혜택”이라고 덧붙였다.
