중국 하북미술대학교 견충의 총장은 지난달 20일 오전 9시(현지시간) 하북미술대학교에서 한국에서 ‘시진핑의 다자주의와 한중관계’라는 제목의 책을 출간한 저명한 이창호 저자를 초청, 하북미술대학교 대강당에서 재학생들 대상으로 특강을 했다.
이창호 박사는 이 특강에서 “최근 세계정세는 우크라이나와 러시아의 전쟁과 미·중 2강의 신냉전 대결 속에 한 치 앞도 예측할 수 없는 격변기를 맞이하고 있다”며“이는 인류의 공동가치 구현에 심각한 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이런 이분법적인 이념적 갈등 및 다양한 국제적 갈등 요인을 해결하기 위해서 이날 특강에서 국제사회는 다자주의로의 전환이 절실히 요구되고 있다.”라고 강조했다.
