브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차는 ‘현대 상용 플릿 전동차 기술인증제(Hyundai Fleet Certification Program electified, HFCPe)’ 런칭을 통해 상용 전동차 정비 인력 육성에 나선다고 21일 밝혔다.
‘HFCPe’는 현대차의 상용 전동차를 운용 중인 플릿사 대상 기술인증제로, 실제 현장 사례에 기반한 실습 교육 및 전동차 수리∙진단 역량 확보를 통해 고객이 만족하고 신뢰할 수 있는 상용 전동차 서비스를 제공하고자 기획됐다.
‘HFCPe’ 교육 프로그램은 총 3단계로, △기초전기전자 이론을 학습할 수 있는 ‘전동차 기본 이러닝 과정’ △전기 및 수소관련 주요 장치 학습을 위한 ‘상용 전동차 스킬업 과정’ △실제 차량의 주요 시스템 고장진단을 위한 ‘EV, FCEV 진단 과정’ 순으로 단계별 이수가 가능하다.
교육 대상자는 상용 전동차 스킬업 과정까지 이수 시 ‘e-Tech(이-테크)’ 등급을, EV, FCEV 진단 과정까지 이수 후 승급평가를 통과할 시 ‘e-Pro(이-프로)’ 등급을 부여받게 된다. ‘e-Tech’ 등급은 시스템 전반적 이해 및 고객응대, 상위 등급 지도하에 상용 전동차 진단 및 수리가 가능하며 ‘e-Pro’ 등급은 독자적인 진단과 수리가 가능하다.
현대차 관계자는 “이번 플릿사 인증제도 런칭을 통해 체계적이고 강화된 교육과정으로 정비 현장의 경쟁력 확보를 지원할 계획”이라며 “현대차 상용 전동차를 운용 중인 플릿사의 자체적인 정비역량 확보를 뒷받침하고 제도의 안정적인 정착을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 현대차는 내달 7일까지 글로벌 고객 접점 종합 교육 허브인 천안글로벌러닝센터(GLC)에서 첫 ‘HFCPe’ 교육을 실시할 계획이다. 총 105개사의 정비사 130명이 참여해 1박 2일씩 총 6회의 교육이 진행될 예정이며, 해당 교육을 이수한 인원들에겐 ‘e-Tech’ 등급이 부여된다.
