브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 제주항공은 오는 10월 29일부터 ‘베트남의 몰디브’라 불리는 푸꾸옥 노선을 주 7회 일정으로 재운항을 시작한다고 23일 밝혔다.
제주항공의 인천~푸꾸옥 노선은 매일 인천국제공항에서 오후 8시 35분에 출발해 다음날 새벽 12시 50분에 베트남 푸꾸옥 공항에 도착, 푸꾸옥 공항에서는 새벽 1시 50분에 출발해 다음날 아침 9시 30분에 인천국제공항에 도착하는 일정이다.
베트남에서 가장 큰 섬인 푸꾸옥은 베트남 국민들로부터 ‘진주 파라다이스섬’으로 불리며 많은 사랑을 받고있는 휴양지 중 한 곳이다. 연중 온화한 날씨와 청정해역을 보유해 바다거북과 듀공을 볼 수 있는 곳으로 유명하며, 스노클링 등 다양한 해양 액티비티도 즐길 수 있다. 아시아 최대규모의 사파리와 테마파크도 있다.
한편, 제주항공은 현재 인천~다낭∙나트랑(냐짱)∙하노이∙호찌민, 부산~다낭 총 5개의 베트남 노선을 운항하고 있다. 지난 4월 20일 재운항을 시작한 인천~하노이∙호찌민 노선은 재운항 이후 약 89%의 높은 평균 탑승률을 기록하고 있다.
