브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 서울 동작구 흑석동 '흑석리버파크자이'의 무순위(줍줍) 청약 물량을 접수하는 청약홈 홈페이지에 접속자가 폭주하면서 접속 장애가 발생했다.
26일 한국부동산원 청약홈에 따르면 서울시 동작구 흑석동 '흑석리버파크자이'는 이날 오전 9시부터 계약 취소 주택 1가구와 무순위 물량 1가구 등 총 2가구에 대한 청약을 접수받는다.
9시경 접수가 시작되자 사이트에 접속자가 한꺼번에 몰리면서 접속 장애가 발생하고 있다. 이날 모집에 나서는 2가구의 분양가는 지난 2020년 일반분양 당시 가격이어서 큰 관심이 쏠렸기 때문이다.
무순위 청약이 진행되는 전용면적 59㎡ 분양가는 6억4650만원, 계약 취소 물량 전용면적 84㎡는 9억6790만원이다.
이 단지 전용면적 84㎡ 매물 최저 호가가 16억여원에 달하는 점을 보면, 청약이 되기만 하면 5억원 이상의 시세차익을 기대할 수 있다. 전용면적 59㎡ 매물 최저 호가는 13억원이다.
다만 모집 조건에 차이가 있어 청약자들은 주의해야 한다. 무순위 청약인 전용면적 59㎡는 청약 통장과 주택 보유수와 무관하게 전국 누구나 신청할 수 있다.
주택법 위반 계약 취소 물량인 전용면적 84㎡는 서울시에 거주하는 만 19세 이상인 무주택자만 신청이 가능하다.
