브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 바디프랜드가 오는 29일과 내달 13일 두 차례 채용박람회를 열고 영업사원을 공개 채용한다.
모집 분야는 영업부문 B2C팀(체험라운지)이다. 채용 규모는 두 자릿수로 학력, 경력에 관계 없이 건강, 도전, 소통, 책임, 신속 5가지 바디프랜드 인재상에 맞는 지원자를 모집한다. △보험, 자동차, 가전가구 영업 경험자 △고객 관리 경험자 △B2C 영업 경험자 △카페를 비롯한 개인 사업 운영 경험자 등 경력자는 우대된다.
채용박람회 참석을 희망하는 지원자는 내달 12일까지 사람인, 잡코리아 등 채용사이트를 통해 접수하면 된다.
채용박람회는 바디프랜드 도곡타워 본사에서 진행된다. 채용박람회 당일, 회사 소개 및 사옥 투어, 라운지 체험 후 바로 현장 면접이 진행된다.
합격자는 현장에서 즉시 채용되며, 7월부터 사내 교육을 거친 후 백화점에 입점한 라운지 47곳을 포함한 171개 바디프랜드 전국 라운지에서 근무한다.
바디프랜드는 채용 박람회 당일 현장에서 즉시 채용하는 등 채용 절차를 대폭 간소화해 영업에 적합한 핵심 인재를 적극 영입한다는 계획이다.
