이 본부장은 1991년 한국전력공사에 입사해 감사실 일상감사팀장, 새울 2발전소장, 발전처장 등 발전소와 본사 업무를 수행하면서 현장 감각 및 관리 능력을 두루 갖추었다는 평가를 받고있다.
이세용 본부장은 이날 “전 직원이 안전책임자라는 주인의식을 갖고 안전한 원전운영을 위해 최선을 다하고, 신한울3,4호기 건설 등 중요한 현안은 지역과 신뢰 구축 및 화합을 통해 해결해 나가자”고 말했다.
또한 “진정한 소통과 존중을 바탕으로 행복한 일터, 즐거운 한울본부가 되도록 노 경이 함께 노력할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.
한국수력원자력(주)은 한울본부 처·소장급 주요간부에 대한 보직 인사로 서무환 제3발전소장, 이희재 신한울제1건설소장을 임명했다.

Meanwhile, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. appointed Seo Moo-hwan, head of the 3rd power plant, and Lee Hee-jae, head of Shin-hanul 1st construction plant, as positions for key executives at the department and director level of the Hanul Headquarters.
