이날 회의는 부군수, 국장, 실장, 정책홍보관, 담당 부서 팀장 및 직원 등이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.

이번 회의에서는 청년 일자리 창출 방안(울진군 가업승계 청년 지원사업), 빈집을 활용한 마을 공동 펜션 운영, 군청사 증축 방안, 해안도로 연결 및 관광 자원화 방안, 인사문화조성(먼저 인사합시다) 등 5개 사업에 대해 추진 상황 및 문제점 검토와 효율적인 추진방안 등을 논의했다.

손병복 울진군수는“사업은 올바른 방향성과 명분을 가지고 실패의 위험성이 적어야 하며, 운영 방법과 예산확보방안 등을 함께 고려하여 추진해야 한다”라고 강조했다.

또한“인사문화조성(먼저 인사합시다)은 울진군의 이미지 개선에 도움이 되도록 디자인 등을 면밀히 구상하기 바란다”라고 덧붙였다.
