[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 산청군이 세계인들에게 동의보감의 우수성과 2023산청세계전통의약항노화엑스포를 알리기 위해 동분서주하고 있다.
11일 산청군에 따르면 벨기에와 독일 등에서 열린 축제와 박람회에 참여해 동의보감과 산청엑스포를 홍보했다.
지난달 28일부터 4일 동안은 벨기에 브뤼셀에서 열린 중세문화축제 ‘오메강’에 참여해 홍보에 나섰다.
또 지난 1일부터 이틀간은 독일 하노버에서 열린 ‘코스메티카 뷰티 박람회’에 참여해 동의보감과 산청엑스포를 소개했다.
산청군은 한국한의학연구원 동의보감사업단과 함께 벨기에 축제와 독일 박람회에서 동의보감과 산청엑스포 홍보관을 각각 운영했다.
2023년 UNESCO 세계기록유산 동의보감 활용 및 홍보사업의 일환으로 운영한 이번 홍보관에서는 동의보감 간행 410주년을 기념해 동의보감의 가치를 널리 알리며 산청엑스포를 홍보했다.
또 한의학 사상체질 진단, 동의보감 다국어 핸디북 배포, 산청엑스포 브로셔 및 각종 홍보물품 등을 배포했다.
특히 최근 K-문화의 뜨거운 관심 등으로 한의학에 대한 호응이 높았고 산청엑스포에도 많은 관심을 보이며 성황을 이뤘다.
산청군 관계자는 “동의보감의 가치와 산청엑스포를 해외에 널리 알릴 수 있는 기회가 됐다”며 “동의보감의 발간 410주년 기념으로 개최되는 산청엑스포에 많은 관심과 참여 바란다”고 말했다.
한편 벨기에 브뤼셀에서 열린 중세 문화축제‘오메강’은 해마다 6월 말에서 7월 초 열리는 유럽에서 가장 오랜 역사를 가진 현지 대표 문화축제다.
1348년에 행해진 종교 행사에서 유래됐고 2019년 유네스코 세계 무형 문화유산으로 지정됐다.
해가 거듭될수록 형태가 진화해 현재는 샤를 5세가 참석했던 1549년 행렬을 재연하고 중세 ‘왕의 행렬’재연과 ‘르네상스 광장’ 두 주제로 열린다.
독일 하노버에서 열린 ‘코스메티카 뷰티 박람회’는 지난해 전시 업체 및 브랜드 351개, 참관객 800여명이 참여했으며 한류열풍과 더불어 국내 브랜드를 홍보하는 박람회다.
