강우현 총통은 춘천 남이섬의 대표로 있을 때, 연 방문자 330만명을 모았던 관광업계의 큰손. 이 신화를 등에 엎고 제주도 한림읍의 '탐나라공화국'을 설립, 10년째 운영하고 있다.
