한중도시우호협회는 7월18이ퟋ자 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 18일 저녁 제주시 노연로 소재 드림타워 그랜드하얏트호텔 중식당에서 왕루신(王魯新) 주(駐)제주 중국총영사와 만찬을 함께 하며 한중 교류 강화 방안을 협의했다”고 밝혔다.
권기식 회장은 "한중 관계는 수천년의 교류역사가 있는 뿌리 깊은 나무와 같아 바람에 흔들리지 않을 것"이라며 "도시 교류와 청년 교류를 활성화하는 데 많은 관심과 지원을 당부드린다"고 말했다.
왕루신(王魯新) 총영사는 "한중 관계에 최선을 다하는 권 회장과 함께 한중 교류를 위한 협력을 함께하겠다"라고 화답했다.
이날 만찬에는 협회에서 박경수 부회장(아이피박스미디어 대표)와 송용관 자문위원(제주일보 편집인) 등이 함께했고, 주제주 중국총영사관에서는 왕하오양(王浩揚) 영사가 참석했다.
