브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차(제네시스 포함)와 기아가 본격적인 휴가철을 맞아 ‘여름 특별 무상점검 서비스’를 실시한다.
‘여름 특별 무상점검 서비스’는 현대차·기아가 이달 26일부터 28일까지 3일 간 전국 서비스 거점 방문 고객을 대상으로 차량을 무상으로 점검해주는 프로그램이다.
현대차·기아는 여름 휴가철 장거리 운행에 앞서 고객 차량의 주요 부품을 점검해 각종 사고를 미연에 방지하고자 이번 무상점검 서비스를 마련했다.
이용을 원하는 현대차(제네시스 포함) 고객은 1269개 블루핸즈(직영 하이테크센터 제외), 기아 고객은 전국 18개 서비스센터 및 767개 오토큐를 방문해 무상점검 쿠폰을 제시하고 점검을 받으면 된다.
무상점검 쿠폰은 오는 21일까지 △현대차 ‘마이현대(myHyundai)’ △제네시스 ‘마이 제네시스(MY GENESIS)’ △기아 ‘마이기아(MyKia)’ 등 각 사 통합 고객 서비스 애플리케이션에서 선착순으로 발급된다.
점검 항목은 △엔진 구동 상태 △냉각수 및 오일 누유 여부 △타이어 공기압 △브레이크 패드 마모도 △각종 등화 장치 점등 상태 등이며 워셔액 1통을 무상으로 제공할 예정이다.
현대차·기아 관계자는 “고객의 안전하고 즐거운 여름휴가를 위해 이번 무상점검 서비스를 준비했다”며 “앞으로도 고객의 성원에 보답하기 위해 체계적인 차량 점검 서비스 제공에 더욱 집중할 예정이다”고 전했다.
