브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 1일부터 저녁 6시까지 문을 여는 KB 9To6 Bank를 전국 82곳으로 확대했다고 밝혔다.
KB국민은행의 9To6 뱅크는 기존 오후 4시까지였던 영업점 운영시간을 저녁 6시까지 연장 운영하는 형태의 특화지점이다.
올해 시행 1주년을 맞아 이용 고객 대상 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과 ‘9To6 뱅크 지속 운영 필요성’에 대해 이용 고객 97%가 ‘필요하다’라고 답변했다. 특히, 2030고객의 경우 전원이 ‘필요하다’고 답했으며, 전체 이용 고객의 90% 이상이 ‘재이용 의향이 있다’고 응답하는 등 긍정적 평가를 받은 바 있다.
KB국민은행은 이러한 만족도 조사 결과를 토대로 고객 편의성 증진 및 접점 확대를 위해 기존에 운영하던 72곳 영업점에 더해 10개 점을 추가 확대하기로 결정했다.
이번에 확대하는 10개 운영점은 △지방 도안가수원지점, 범어동지점, 울산종합금융센터, 창원종합금융센터, 첨단종합금융센터 △수도권 과천종합금융센터, 부평종합금융센터, 오산운암종합금융센터 △서울 망우동종합금융센터, 상암DMC종합금융센터 등 총 10곳으로 각 지역 중심에 위치한 KB국민은행 대표 영업점이다.
