한중도시우호협회는 8월3일자 보도자료에서 “한중도시우호협회(회장 권기식)는 8월3일 손경찬 한국예술단체총연합 상임감사(전 경상북도 도의원)을 대구광역시 지회장으로 임명했다”고 전하고 ”협회는 또 조병욱 대구광역시 세팍타크로협회장을 수석 부회장, 박승하 글로벌메디컬 대표를 부회장, 이승관 한중유통 대표를 광주광역시 북구 지회장에 각각 임명했다“고 밝혔다.
한중도시우호협회측은 이날 “이상식 전 대구경찰청장과 김안숙 전 서초구의회 의장, 고태규 한국공학대학교 교수, 권행완 건국대 교수, 송용관 제주일보 편집인, 신방식 전 제주 YMCA 이사장, 김경일 전 제주지방검찰청 수사과장, 김은희 제주대학교 교수, 신수관 서울미디어대학원대학교 특임교수, 이홍석 영화감독, 쑨하이룽(孫海龍) 중국 항저우사범대 교수, 왕칭링(王慶玲) 중국 옌타이시 펑라이구 부국장, 박동규 전 독립기념관 사무총장, 권순태 안동MBC 편성국장, 황찬영 전 안동농협 본부장, 제갈진수 전 대구시 관광과장, 박판순 인천시의원, 임진홍 전 해군 청해진호 함장, 김정아 랑유 디자이너, 허인회 행복한동행사회적협동조합 고문 등 각계 인사 20명을 자문위원으로 위촉했다”고 덧부였다.
