브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기업 10곳 중 7곳이 하반기 채용 계획을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한 기업당 평균 고용 인원은 13명 정도인 것으로 조사됐다.
23일 잡코리아에 따르면 기업 인사담당자 187명을 대상으로 올 하반기 신입 및 경력직 신규 인력을 채용할 계획을 가지고 있는지 질문한 결과, 기업 10곳 중 7곳에 해당하는 69.5%가 ‘하반기에 신규 인력 채용을 진행한다’고 답했다. 26.2%는 ‘아직 미정이다’고 답했고, 나머지 4.3%의 기업만이 ‘하반기 신규 인력 채용 계획이 없다’고 응답했다.
신입과 경력을 모두 채용하겠다는 곳이 47.7%로 가장 많았고, 경력직만 채용할 계획이라고 밝힌 곳은 30.8%, 신입사원만 고용할 계획이라고 밝힌 곳은 21.5%로 나타났다.
기업들이 하반기 채용을 진행하는 이유는 신규 일자리 창출 보다는 퇴사 인력에 대한 충원 목적이 더 컸다. 기존 인력 퇴사에 따른 결원 충원을 꼽은 비율이 응답률 63.8%로 가장 많았다. 이어 사업 확장 등에 따른 신규 일자리 창출 42.3%, 그간 경영 상황 상 충원하지 못했던 인력 보충 19.2% 등이었다.
기업 1곳당 평균 12.7명을 고용할 것으로 조사됐다. 이는 올해 상반기 기업 1곳당 평균 고용 인원인 19.3명과 비교해 축소된 수준이다. 올 하반기 고물가와 불투명한 국제 경제가 지속될 것으로 전망되면서 기업들이 인력 채용에 적극적으로 나서지 않은 것으로 풀이된다.
한편, 기업들이 하반기 가장 적극적으로 인력을 채용하는 직무는 생산과 제조 부문이 28.5%로 가장 높았다. 다음으로 △영업(19.2%) △IT/인터넷(18.5%) △인사/총무(16.9%) △고객상담(16.2%) 등이었다.
