【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=한국수력원자력(주) 한울원자력본부(본부장 이세용, 이하 한울본부)는 22일 한울1발전소 일대에서 민ㆍ관ㆍ군ㆍ경ㆍ소방 합동 통합방위 대테러 종합훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

한울본부에 따르면 이번 훈련은 육군 50사단 주관하에 민ㆍ관ㆍ군ㆍ경?소방의확고한 통합 대테러 대비태세를 완비하고유기적인 협조체제를 구축해 통합방위작전 능력을 향상하기 위해 실시됐다.
한울본부 청원경찰과 특수경비대 및 자체 소방대를 포함하여 50사단 예하 부대, 울진군 경찰 및 소방, 울진군청 방사능측정팀 등 100여 명이 참가했다.
훈련은미승인 드론이 발전소로 접근하는 것이 확인되어청ㆍ특경근무자가 초기 대응하였으나, 폭발물을 탑재한 체한울1발전소 연료건물에 충돌하여 자폭하고, 혼란을 틈타 지상으로 침투한 테러범이 인질극을 벌이는 상황을 가정해 진행하였다.
한울본부 청원경찰의 상황전파에 따라 본부 내 주둔군의 초동 조치가 이어졌고 울진여단 증원부대, 경찰해안작전타격대가 출동해 원전 일대를 수색 정찰, 원점 보존 및 접근을 통제하고 검문소를 운용하며 초기대응을 주도하였다.
