브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대차는 오는 9월 1일부터 14일까지 2주간 신입사원 상시채용 지원서 접수를 받는다고 28일 밝혔다.
이번 채용은 ▲연구개발 ▲디자인 ▲생산/제조 ▲사업/기획 ▲경영지원 ▲IT 등 총 6개 분야 26개 직무를 대상으로 선발한다.
모집 대상은 국내외 학사 및 석사 학위 취득자 또는 2024년 2월 졸업예정자다. 분야별 자격요건과 수행 직무 등의 세부사항은 현대차 채용 홈페이지에서 확인하면 된다.
현대차는 채용 기간 동안 현직자와 인사담당자가 참여하는 잡페어(Job Fair)와 메타버스 채용설명회를 개최해 구직자들이 필요로 하는 정보를 제공할 계획이라고 전했다.
잡페어는 9월 8일부터 10일까지 서울 성수동 복합문화공간 쎈느(Scene)에서 열린다. 잡페어는 팝업스토어(Pop-up Store)의 형태로 ▲현대차 구성원의 일과 성장, 기업문화를 소개하는 팝업 전시 ▲현직자와 함께하는 소통 프로그램이 운영된다.

메타버스 채용설명회는 ▲현직자가 채용 직무를 발표하는 ‘채용 발표회’ ▲현직자와 지원자가 직무에 대해 소통하는 ‘직무 상담 공간’ ▲인사담당자와 채용 상담 또는 모의 면접을 진행하는 ‘HR 상담 공간’ ▲현대차 채용 정보를 열람할 수 있는 ‘채용 정보관’ 등의 4가지 프로그램으로 구성된다.
잡페어와 메타버스 채용설명회 역시 현대차 채용 홈페이지를 통해 참가 신청하면 된다.
현대차 관계자는 “이번 채용은 우수 인재를 확보해 미래 모빌리티 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 것”으로 “지원자 관점을 고려해 채용 과정을 개선하고 차별화된 채용 콘텐츠를 만들어 우수 인재 확보에 나설 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
