【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=경주시의회(의장 이철우)는 4일 개회를 시작으로 11일간의 제277회 경주시의회 임시회를 개회했다고 밝혔다.

제1차 본회의에 앞서최재필 의원은 ‘일과 휴가를 병행할 수 있는 워케이션’ ,이강희의원은 ‘민간 폐기물 산업으로 인한 지역 갈등과 문제해결을 위한 제안’, 주동열 의원은 ‘파도소리길 주변 경관정비와 적극적인 투자 활성화’ 에 대해 5분 자유발언을 했다.
이어 본회의에서는 제277회 임시회 회기결정의 건, 2023년도 제2회 추가경정예산안 및 기금운용계획변경안 제안설명의 건, 회의록 서명 의원 선임의 건 등을 처리했다.
이후 5일부터 13일까지는상임위원회와 예산결산특별위원회에서 조례안 및 일반안건, 2023년도 행정사무감사 결과보고서 작성의 건, 2023년도 제2회 추가경정예산안 및 기금운용계획변경안 등을 처리한다.
마지막날인 14일 본회에서는 각 위원회에서 심사한 사항에 대하여 최종 의결한다.
이번 임시회에서는 자율방범대지원 조례 일부개정조례안 , 자원봉사활동 지원조례 일부개정조례안, 충혼탑 관리조례안, 마약류 및 유해약물오 .남용 방지에 관한 조례안 등 23건의 조례안과 5건의 동의안, 3건의 의견청취안, 2023년도 제4차 공유재산 관리계획 변경안, 2023년도 제2회 추가경정예산안 및 기금운용계획변경안, 2023년도 행정사무감사 결과보고서 작성의 건 등을 처리할 예정이다.
이철우 의장은 개회사를 통해 “제2회 추가경정예산안이 시민의 편의증진과 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 적재적소에 편성됐는지 면밀히 검토해주시길 바란다”고 했다.
한편 본회의 산회 후 경주시의회는 소회의실에서 이해충돌방지법의 이해, 개정된 청탁금지법의 내용 등 반부패 청렴 교육을 실시했다.
