이번 제안 공모는 울진군민과 울진군 공무원이라면 누구나 참가 가능하며, 주제는 △인구소멸 대응 방안 △지역경제 일자리 창출 방안 △사회복지·문화· 관광 활성화 방안 △일상 속 불편들을 해소할 수 있는 생활밀착형 아이디어 △그 외 군정 발전을 위한 창의적인 아이디어로 실시된다.

접수된 아이디어는 창의성, 경제성 또는 능률성, 계속성, 적용 범위, 노력도 등의 심사기준에 근거하여 소관부서 검토 및 두 차례 심사를 거친 후, 11월 중 최종 채택될 예정이다.

최종 채택 아이디어 제안자에게는 군수 표창과 함께 금상 50만원, 은상 40만원, 동상 30만원, 장려상 20만원, 노력상 10만원의 상금이 지급되며, 공무원 수상자에게는 근평 실적 가점 등 인사상 인센티브가 주어진다.
