울진군, 망양2리 취약지역 생활여건 개조사업 추진에 속도

8일 군에 따르면 이 사업은 지난 2020년 대통령 직속 국가균형발전위원회 취약지역 생활여건 개조사업 공모사업으로 선정되었다.

2021년부터 2024년까지 4년간 총사업비 21억 원(국비 14억 5천, 지방비 5억, 기타 1억 5천)을 투자해 취약지역정비(슬레이트 지붕 교체, 빈집정비, 집수리), 안전시설(급경사지 낙석방지시설, CCTV, 방화시설), 위생시설(재래식 화장실 정비, 공중화장실 설치) 조성, 주민역량강화 사업 등이 추진된다.

울진군은 2023년 12월까지 토목공사 등 안전시설을 완료하고, 2024년 12월까지 건축공사 및 주민역량강화를 완료할 계획이다.

손병복 울진군수는 “기성면 취약지역 생활여건 개조사업이 완료되면, 기초생활 인프라 확충을 통한 안전하고 쾌적한 주거환경이 조성되어 지역 주민의 삶의 질 향상과 정주여건 개선에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다”고 전했다.
