신입 구직자, 이런 기업은 비정규직도 취업..도대체 어디?

신입 구직자의 48%가 괜찮은 기업이라면 비정규직으로라도 취업할 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

 

11일 잡코리아에 따르면 올 하반기 취업을 준비중인 신입 구직자 456명을 대상으로 올 하반기 취업에 성공할 자신이 있는지 질문한 결과, 58.3%가 ‘자신 있다’, 41.7%는 ‘자신 없다’고 답했다.

 

하반기 취업 성공에 자신 있다고 답한 이들에게 그 이유를 질문한 결과, ‘취업하고 싶은 기업과 직무 목표가 분명하기 때문’이 59.4%로 가장 높게 선택했다. 

 

다음으로 △막연하긴 하지만 잘 될 것이라고 믿고 있기 때문에(41.0%) △면접에서 채용 직무에 적합한 인재임을 잘 설명할 자신이 있어서(26.3%) △취업이 잘 안되면 눈높이를 낮춰서라도 취업할 것이기 때문에(21.8%) 등이었다.

 

반면, 하반기 취업에 자신이 없다고 답한 이들은 △경기가 어려운 반면 취업준비생들이 많아 경쟁이 치열해서 △취업스펙이 남들에 비해 부족해서를 각각 54.7%, 52.6%로 높게 선택했다.

 

신입 구직자들 중 상당수는 스펙으로 인한 콤플렉스를 가지고 있는 것으로 조사됐다. 73.5%가 △외국어 실력(42.7%) △학벌(36.4%) △학력(27.2%) △자격증(24.5%) △인턴십 경험(17.9%) 등에 부족함을 느껴 콤플렉스를 갖고 있다고 답했다.

 

한편, 신입 구직자들에게 ‘비정규직으로라도 취업할 의향이 있는가’ 질문한 결과, 48.2%가 ‘괜찮은 기업이라면 비정규직이라도 취업하겠다’고 답했다. 40.6%는 ‘정규직 채용에만 지원하겠다’, 11.2%는 ‘고용 형태에 관계없이 모두 지원하겠다’고 답했다.
