이번 채용은 △글로벌사업 △국내사업 △Autoland화성 △Autoland광명 △Autoland광주 △파워트레인(PT)사업 △제조솔루션(생산기술) △생산기획 △구매 △품질 △고객경험(브랜드/마케팅/CX) △재경 △안전환경 등 총 13개 부문에서 진행된다.
대상자는 4년제 정규대학 2024년 2월 졸업예정자 또는 학사 및 석사학위 소지자로 최종 합격 발표는 12월 중, 입사는 2024년 초 예정이다.
기아는 지난해 하반기부터 하이브리드 채용 방식을 도입했다. 상반기에는 매달 직무별 상시 채용을 진행하고, 하반기에는 부문별 일괄 채용을 실시한다.
