[김완영 기자 = 동두천] 동두천시(시장 박형덕)는 오는 23일(토) 보산동 관광특구에서 무더위가 한발 물러서고 선선한 가을 맞아 도심 속에서 다양한 수제 맥주를 즐길 수 있는 캠프보산 맥주 축제가 열린다.
이번 축제는 동두천시와 보산동 상가연합회가 협력하여 지역 상권 활성화를 위해 기획한 행사로, 경기도와 경기관광공사가 후원한다.
축제는 9월 23일 오후 1시부터 9시까지 열리며‘동두천 브루어리’를 중심으로 수제 맥주 부스 9개소가 운영될 예정이다.
특히 행사 당일 보산동 상가 내에서 5,000원 이상 소비한 영수증을 안내 부스에 제출하면 수제 맥주 1잔 무료 교환권을 증정하는 이벤트를 진행한다.
또한 월드푸드 스트리트가 운영되고 버스킹 공연도 개최될 예정이다.
박형덕 동두천시장은 “이번 행사를 통해 침체된 지역 상권을 활성화하고 내·외국인 모두가 즐길 수 있는 매력적인 페스티벌을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
