노병한 한국미래예측연구소 소장의 이재명 더불어민주당 대표 체포동의안 가결이 결국 적중했다.
노병한 소장은 21일 15:31~17:30의 시간대에 국회 본회의의 표결에 붙여져 가결될 것으로 미리 예측했다.
실제로 이재명 더불어민주당 대표 체포동의안은 21일 오후 국회 본회의에서 가결됐다. 출석의원 295명 중에 찬성 149표, 반대 136표, 기권 6표, 무효 4표의 결과가 나왔다.
노병한 박사는 앞서 ‘이재명 더불어민주당 대표 체포동의안 국회 본회의 표결 과정’에 대해 15:31~17:30에는 이재명 대표가 경문(驚門)에 들어 이탈 표가 상당 수 발생할 것으로 예상돼 불리할 것이라 했다.
이어 17:31~19:30에는 이재명 대표가 상문(傷門)에 들어 상처투성이의 만신창이가 될 수 있는 국면이며, 19:31~21:30에는 이재명 대표가 사문(死門)에 들어 죽음의 문턱에 들어설 것으로 밝힌 바 있다.
한편 역술인 노병한 박사는 2012년 12월 선거에서 “박근혜 대통령 후보의 당선을 예측해 적중‘했었고 “박근혜 대통령 탄핵의 국회가결일로 2016년 12월 9일”로 예측해 적중함은 물론 국회의 박근혜 탄핵동의 가결수를 233명~234명으로 예측 적중했다.
노병한 박사는 지난 2016년 12월 9일에 “헌법재판소의 박근혜 대통령 탄핵인용의 선고 일을 2017년 3월 10일, 만장일치 인용 파면예상”으로 예측해 적중시킨 바 있다. 이어 2017년 2월 4일 입춘을 전후해 반기문 전 유엔사무총장의 대선불출마 중도포기 선언이 나올 것을 미리 예언해 맞히는 등 정치적 사회적으로 매우 민감한 사안들을 예견해 적중시킨 바 있는 역술인이다.
