한중교류촉진위원회는 9월22일자 보도자료에서 “주한중국대사관에서 수여하는, 올해의 중국대사 장학금을 서울대학교 대학원 박사과정 안소영 씨에게 지난 22일 주한중국대사관에서 전달됐다”고 알렸다.
