[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 지난 7일부터 9일까지 간장포럼과 국제슬로푸드한국협회 주관으로 거창 수승대발효마을에서 우리의 전통장과 관련된 전국의 관계자 100여명이 모인 가운데 ‘간장포럼 10주년 장문화축제’를 개최했다.
이번 장문화축제는 거창군 농촌신활력플러스사업의 일환인 주민창안공모사업으로 장문화축제 외에도 치유농업예술제, 월간거창농부 등 거창의 농업 발전에 활력을 불어넣을 수 있는 다양한 사업이 시행되고 있다.
행사를 주최한 간장포럼은 ‘우리장 발굴’, ‘장학교 운영’, ‘장문화 투어’ 등 우리의 전통장과 관련된 다양한 사업을 진행하고 있는 단체이다.
지난 7일 개회식에서는 전통장을 주제로 여러 가지 퍼포먼스가 펼쳐졌으며 이후에도 장과 관련된 체험, 워크숍, 강연, 플리마켓 등 다채로운 행사가 3일에 걸쳐 진행됐다.
김동석 거창군 농업기술센터소장은 “이번 장문화축제를 통해 우리의 전통장을 널리 알리는 기회가 됐다”며 “거창군에는 수승대발효마을과 같은 훌륭한 전통장 관련 장소가 있으니 이를 통해 거창의 전통장 문화를 계승·발전시키는 데 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.
