브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이병훈 더불어민주당 의원은 19일 대유위니아 부도사태와 관련 "현재까지 파악된 미지급 대금만 659억원, 체불임금은 700억원"이라면서 광주지역에 국한된 문제가 아니라며 정부의 비상한 대응을 촉구했다.
이병훈 의원은 이날 국정감사 대책회의 모두발언에서 "대유위니아그룹 계열사 4개가 잇달아 법정관리를 신청했다. 피해업체만 광주 185개, 다른 지역 274개로 총 459개 업체"라며 이같이 밝혔다.
이 의원은 "대금을 못 받은 협력업체들은 공장 가동을 멈추고 연쇄 부도가 예상되고 노동자들 역시 당장 생계를 걱정해야 할 지경"이라며 "대유위니아 줄도산은 광주를 넘어 전국적 문제"라고 강조했다.
이어 그는 "그러나 대유위니아 사주는 책임 있는 해결책 마련에 소극적이고 자산 빼돌리기, 고의부도 의혹도 제기되고 있다"라며 박영우 대유위니아 회장이 지난 17일 국회 환경노동위원회 국감에 증인으로 출석하지도 않았다고 맹비판했다. 박영우 회장은 건강 문제를 이유로 불출석했다.
이병훈 의원은 그러면서 "법원은 대유위니아의 법정관리 신청에 대해 신속하게 회생절차를 개시해줘야 한다"며 "중소벤처기업부에선 피해기업 밀집 지역과 산단을 중소기업 특별지원지역으로 지정해야 한다"고 요구했다.
이어 금융당국에는 "협력업체들의 만기어음 연장, 긴급자금 및 신규 자금의 보증을 위한 긴급조치를 해달라"며 "정치권은 빠른 정상화를 위해 워크아웃 제도를 되살리는 기업구조조정 촉진법을 다시 검토해줘야 한다"고 밝혔다.

Lee Byung-hoon, a lawmaker of the Democratic Party of Korea, urged the government to take an extraordinary response on the 19th, saying, "Only the unpaid amount identified so far is 65.9 billion won and the unpaid wage is 70 billion won."
"Four affiliates of Daeyu Winia Group applied for court management one after another," Lee Byung-hoon said in an opening statement at the National Audit Countermeasures Meeting. A total of 459 companies were announced, with 185 companies in Gwangju and 274 in other regions.
Representative Lee said, "The suppliers who have not received the payment are expected to stop operating the factories and go bankrupt in series, and workers also have to worry about their livelihoods right away," and emphasized, "Daeyu Winia Juldosan is a nationwide problem beyond Gwangju."
He then criticized that Park Young-woo, chairman of Daeyu Winia, was not even present as a witness at the parliamentary inspection of the National Assembly's Environment and Labor Committee on the 17th, saying, "However, Daeyu Winia is passive in preparing a responsible solution, and suspicions are being raised." Chairman Park Young-woo was absent due to health problems.
Representative Lee Byung-hoon said, "The court should quickly start the rehabilitation process for Daeyu Winia's application for court management. The Ministry of SMEs and Startups should designate areas where affected companies are concentrated and industrial complexes as special support areas for SMEs."
"Please take emergency measures to extend maturity bills and guarantee emergency funds and new funds for suppliers," the financial authorities said. "Politicians should review the Corporate Restructuring Promotion Act to revive the workout system for quick normalization."
