브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 올 3분기 매출은 18.6% 증가한 2조9901억원, 영업이익은 7.4% 감소한 1902억원을 기록했다고 27일 밝혔다.
단, 대우건설은 불확실성이 큰 경영환경 속에서도 영업이익은 시장전망치(FN가이드 기준 1732억원)를 상회했다고 설명했다.
올해 3분기까지 매출은 전년 동기(7조2109억원) 대비 23.0% 증가한 8조8696억원의 기록하며, 연간 목표인 10조9000억원의 81.4%를 달성했다.
사업부문별로는 △주택건축사업부문 5조5668억원 △토목사업부문 1조7737억원 △플랜트사업부문 1조2287억원 △기타연결종속부문 3004억원의 매출을 올린 것으로 나타났다.
영업이익은 전년 동기(5132억원) 대비 13.9% 증가한 5846억원을 기록했고, 당기순이익도 전년 동기(3964억원) 대비 4.0% 증가한 4122억원을 기록했다.
3분기 누적 신규 수주액은 9조189억원을 기록하며 연간 수주목표인 12조 3000억원의 73.3%를 달성했다. 그 중 신규 해외수주액은 2조4061억원을 기록하며 연간 해외 수주목표인 1조 8천억원을 133.7% 초과 달성했다.
3분기 말 기준 45조5455억원의 수주 잔고를 보유해 연간 매출액 대비 4.4년 치 일감을 확보하고 있다.
