(사)아시아문화경관학회(ACLA) 학회장인 중국난징항공우주대학교 천현진 교수는 지난 11월 11일 중국장쑤대학교에서 주최한 '제3회 혁신디자인 및 디지털기술 국제학술회의(ICIDDT 2023)' 에서 기조연설을 했다.
이번 국제학술회의에는 미국 아이다호대학교, 미국 오리건대학교, 런던 브루넬대학교, 파리 제8대학, 미국 퍼듀대학교, 호주 왕립멜버른공대, 미국 워싱턴주립대 등 19개 대학의 세계 저명학자들이 참여하였다.
이번 국제학술회의는 학술교류뿐만 아니라 학자들간의 좋은 교류플랫폼을 구축하는 기회를 제공하고자 하였다. 특히 본 국제학술회의는 아시아 태평양지역의 학자들간의 디지털기술협력 등에서 중요한 의미를 가질 것으로 평가된다.
천현진 교수는 “ 중국 장쑤성은 중국에서 가장 부유한 성으로 인구가 많으며 전통문화 유산이 풍부하여 미래에 문화디지털분야 진출의 잠재력이 큰 편이며 특히 문화경관분야에서 많은 관심이 필요하다”라고 전했다.
한편 천 교수는 부산 동래에서 차기 총선 출마를 고심하고 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 천 교수는 고(故) 천만호 동래구의회 의장의 아들로, 지난 총선 공천에서 탈락한 경험이 있다.
부산시 동래구지역 국민의힘에서는 이진복 대통령실 정무수석과 김희곤 의원, 서지영 국민의힘 중앙당 총무국장 등 총선 출마가 거론되고 있다.
