영덕군, 14일부터 공공비축미곡 ‘건조벼’ 매입

군에 따르면 올해 매입 품종은 일품, 삼광으로 검정결과 수매 대상 품종 외 다른 품종을 출하하거나 혼입해 출하할 경우 향후 5년간 공공비축미 매입대상에서 제외될 수 있어 농가의 각별한 주의가 요구된다.

공공비축미 출하 농업인의 수확기 자금상환을 위해 수매 직후 중간 정산금(3만원)을 지급하며, 공공비축미 매입가격은 10월부터 12월까지의 수확기 동안 전국 평균 산지 쌀값을 기준으로 확정한 후 연말에 최종 정산할 방침이다.

한편, 군은 수매 농가의 소득보전과 경영 안전을 위해 공공비축미곡(건조벼) 톤백(800kg) 포장재 비용과 산물벼 건조수수료를 지원하고 있으며, 올해는 소형 포대 출하 농가를 위해 농협을 통해 인력을 지원할 계획이다.
