브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 하나카드는 시스템 업그레이드 작업에 따라 오는 18일 0시부터 18시까지 홈페이지와 앱 서비스 및 일부 결제 서비스가 일시 중단된다고 14일 밝혔다.
먼저, 18일 새벽 0시~3시까지 승인(결제) 시스템이 중단되면서 모든 온라인 결제, 간편결제(삼성페이·네이버페이·쿠페이·하나페이 등), 체크·선불·기프트카드 이용 및 하나머니앱 사용이 제한되며, 실시간 알림 서비스(SMS·앱PUSH·카카오알림톡) 등이 중단된다. 단, 오프라인 가맹점에서의 실물 신용카드 결제는 중단없이 이용이 가능하다.
최근 해외 체류 시 많은 고객이 이용하는 트래블로그 카드의 경우, 신용결제 방식으로는 중단없이 이용이 가능하나 외화하나머니 결제 방식은 0시~3시까지 이용이 제한돼 해당 카드를 보유한 고객들에게 카카오알림톡을 통한 별도 안내도 진행했다.
단기카드대출(현금서비스)과 장기카드대출(카드론)은 0시~18시까지 중단되나, ATM을 통한 현금서비스 출금은 낮 12시 이후부터 이용이 가능하다.
시스템 업그레이드가 진행되는 동안 홈페이지와 하나카드 앱, 포인트 사용, 한도 조회 및 변경, 놀이공원 할인 입장, 바우처 사용, 발렛파킹, 공항 라운지 무료 이용 서비스도 일시 중단된다.
사고 방지를 위한 분실 신고는 콜센터를 통해 즉시 처리가 가능하다. 18일 중단되는 자세한 업무 및 이용 제한 시간은 하나카드 홈페이지와 앱을 통해 확인 가능하다.
