국가철도공단 충청본부는 대전 동구 위치한 밀알복지관과 함께 지역사회 소외계층이 따뜻하고 풍족한 겨울을 보낼 수 있도록 사랑과 정성이 담긴 김장나눔 행사를 진행했다고 21일 밝혔다.
이날 충청본부 직원과 지역 자원봉사자 25명은 밀알복지관에 김장재료 구매를 위한 온누리상품권 200만 원을 기부했으며 김장을 담구고 김장김치를 관내 재가장애인과 기초생활수급자 등 취약계층 100가구에 직접 전달했다.
충청본부는 이 밖에도 밀알복지관, 지역아동센터 등과 함께 취약계층 도시락배달, 발달장애인 일터 일손돕기, 아동센터 물품후원, 김장나눔, 명절맞이 기부 등 지역사회와 상생을 위한 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 지속해 오고 있다.
