브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 유진그룹은 ‘2023년 유진그룹 역량 표준(ECS, Eugene Competency Standards) 검정’을 시행했다고 24일 밝혔다.
유진그룹은 2024년 승진대상자를 대상으로 승진심사 시험을 서울시 종로구에 위치한 유진인재개발원에서 진행했다. 이번 시험에는 유진기업, 동양, 유진투자증권, 유진로지스틱스, 유진한일합섬, 유진홈센터, 유진아이티서비스 등 유진그룹 계열사의 승진 대상자들이 응시했다.
‘유진그룹 역량 표준(ECS)’은 임직원들이 유진그룹에 대한 경영철학, 비전 등에 대한 이해도를 높임은 물론 최근 빠르게 변화하는 산업환경에 대한 적응력을 높이고 실무에 이를 바로 적용할 수 있는 역량을 키우기 위해 시행되고 있다.
이번 유진그룹 역량 표준은 △유진그룹의 경영철학 및 핵심가치 △사업 현황 및 비전 △브랜드 플랫폼 등 유진에 대한 이해 △ESG와 윤리경영 △4차 산업혁명 및 관련 기술 등 최근 기업 경영에 핵심 화두가 되고 있는 지속가능경영 및 디지털 트랜스포메이션(Digital Transformation, DX) 등의 내용을 다뤘다.
유진그룹은 유진그룹 역량 표준(ECS)을 통해 구성원들의 인적 경쟁력 강화를 기반으로 그룹의 내실을 더욱 다지겠다는 각오다.
유진그룹 관계자는 “유진의 미래 경쟁력 확보를 위해 역량개발 교육 및 학습기회를 직원들에게 제공하고, 회사와 함께 성장해 나갈 수 있는 다양한 제도를 지속 강화해 운영할 계획이다”고 전했다.
