【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박희경 기자=영덕군보건소 치매안심센터는 지난 29일 대구 인터불고엑스코에서 열린 ‘2023년 경상북도 치매극복관리사업 성과대회’에서 치매안심센터 영상 공모전 최우수기관으로 선정됐다고 30일 밝혔다.

이번 대회는 도내 치매안심센터들이 한 해 동안 추진한 치매극복관리사업의 우수사례를 공유하고 내년 추진 방향에 대해 모색하는 자리로 마련됐다.
영덕군보건소 치매안심센터는 2019년 7월 개소해 치매극복관리사업 성과대회에서 2019년 대상, 2021년 최우수상을 받은 데 이어 올해에는 치매안심센터 홍보 동영상 제작 분야에서 탁월한 성과를 인정받아 최우수상의 영예를 안았다.
공재용 영덕군보건소 건강관리과장은 “치매 예방과 조기 발견부터 체계적인 교육 홍보를 시행하고 다양한 프로그램 관리 지원을 통해 고령화 시대 군민 모두가 건강하고 행복한 삶을 보낼 수 있도록 더욱 힘쓰겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
한편, 영덕군보건소 치매안심센터는 올해 치매환자쉼터, 우리마을예쁜치매쉼터, 가족교실·자조모임, 치매친화적 공동체 환경조성을 위한 치매보듬마을 3개소 운영, 찾아가는 치매예방 사업, 인지강화교실, 실종예방 사업 등을 추진했으며, 이를 통해 60세 이상 치매 조기검진 2,100건, 맞춤형 사례관리 4,631명의 성과를 올렸다.
