경주시의회, 2024년도 예산안 수정 가결

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=경주시의회(의장 이철우)는 13일 의회 본회의장에서 제279회 경주시의회 제2차 정례회 제2차 본회의를 개회하고 2024년도 예산안을 수정 가결했다고 밝혔다.

이날 제2차 본회의에 앞서 김소현 의원은 ‘경주시 공공도서관에 비치된 아동 성교육도서의 올바른 방향성과 지자체의 관리 대응책 및 역할’ 에 대해 5분 자유발언을 했다.

이어 본회의에서는 각 위원회에서 심사한 ‘경주시 출자·출연 기관의 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’등 14건의 조례안, ‘불국사119안전센터 증축에 따른 영구시설물 축조 동의안’ 등 2건의 동의안,‘2024년도 공유재산 관리계획안’, ‘2024년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안’을 심의했다.

조례안 중 ‘경주시 출자·출연 기관의 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’을 포함한 13건은 원안 가결됐고 ‘경주시 기업사랑 및 기업활동 촉진 등에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’은 수정 가결됐다.

그리고 ‘불국사119안전센터 증축에 따른 영구시설물 축조 동의안’등2건의 동의안과 ‘2024년도 공유재산 관리계획안’은 원안 가결됐다.

또 집행부에서 제출한 1조 9000억 원의 ‘2024년도 예산안’은 20건, 약 19억 3천 6백만 원 삭감돼 수정 가결됐고 ‘2024년도 기금운용계획안’도 수정 가결됐다.
