22일 광주도시공사에 따르면, 공공임대주택 브랜드인 ‘다사로움’의 광주역 및 서림마을 2개 단지에 대해 입주 자격을 대폭 완화하고 총 316세대의 신규 입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다. 이번 조치는 최근 경기 침체 속에서 주거비 부담이 급증한 청년 세대의 현실을 반영해 실질적인 주거 사다리를 제공하겠다는 취지다.
