브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넥슨은 자사 인기 온라인게임 ‘메이플스토리’에서 선보이는 전국 투어 오케스트라 공연 ‘심포니 오브 메이플스토리’가 내년 1월 6일부터 개최된다고 밝혔다.
이번 ‘심포니 오브 메이플스토리 뉴 비기닝(New Beginning)’은 1월 6일과 7일 경희대 평화의전당에서 개최되는 서울 공연을 시작으로 대구와 부산에서 전국 투어 공연을 진행한다.
이번 공연에는 40인의 합창단 ‘노이오페라코러스’와 87인조의 대형 오케스트라 ‘아르츠심포니오케스트라’가 참여한다. ‘메이플스토리’ 속으로 들어온 듯한 몰입감 넘치는 비주얼을 대형 스크린 무대를 통해 만나볼 수 있으며, 유명 아티스트 공연을 기획한 ‘모티브프러덕션’이 공연 연출을 맡았다.
오케스트라 연주와 함께 다양하고 화려한 무대 연출이 어우러져 완전히 새로워진 공연을 만들 예정이다. 이번 공연 현장에서만 판매되는 한정 굿즈도 만나볼 수 있다.
