브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자는 내년 1월 9일부터 12일까지 미국 라스베이거스에서 열리는 세계 최대 가전 전시회 ‘CES 2024’에서 인공지능(AI)으로 혁신을 더한 청소기 신제품을 공개한다고 28일 밝혔다.
삼성전자는 먼지 흡입과 물걸레 청소를 청소기 한 대로 수행하는 겸용 제품에 대한 높은 수요를 반영해 건습식 겸용 로봇청소기 ‘비스포크 제트 봇 콤보’를 선보인다.
‘비스포크 제트 봇 콤보’는 물걸레의 냄새와 세균 번식을 우려하는 소비자들을 위해 물걸레 살균 기능을 탑재한 것이 특징이다. 물세척∙스팀 살균∙열풍 건조의 3단계 물걸레 자동 세척 시스템을 적용했다.
로봇청소기가 걸레질을 마치고 청정스테이션으로 돌아오면 오염된 물걸레 패드를 자동으로 고온 세척해주고, 스팀 살균 후 열풍 건조까지 해줘 냄새와 세균 걱정없이 물걸레를 깨끗하게 관리할 수 있다.
물걸레는 170rpm(1분에 170회 회전)의 빠른 속도로 회전해 바닥 오염과 찌든 때를 효과적으로 제거한다. 특히, 청소 중 바닥 얼룩을 인식하면 알아서 청정스테이션으로 돌아와 스팀으로 물걸레를 데워 오염 부분을 한 번 더 집중 청소해준다.
로봇청소기의 핵심 기능인 사물 인식과 주행 성능도 AI 기반으로 대폭 업그레이드됐다. ‘AI 바닥 감지’ 기능으로 마룻바닥과 카펫을 구분해 바닥 재질에 따라 맞춤 청소가 가능하다. 바닥 환경에 따라 자동으로 물걸레를 분리하거나 들어올려 카펫에 물걸레의 물기와 오염물질이 묻지 않도록 한다.

아울러 삼성전자는 더욱 강력한 흡입력을 갖춘 24년형 스틱 청소기 ‘비스포크 제트 AI’도 공개한다.
‘비스포크 제트 AI’는 최대 310와트(W)로 흡입력이 강화됐으며, 미세먼지 배출을 차단해주는 헤파 필터레이션(HEPA Filtration)을 탑재했다.
감지된 브러시 부하와 압력에 따라 청소 환경을 분류해 최적화된 흡입력을 구현하는 ‘AI 모드’를 탑재해 무선 스틱 청소기로는 국내 최초로 한국표준협회에서 AI+ 인증을 받았다.
필요할 때에만 흡입력을 높이기 때문에 불필요한 배터리 사용량을 절감해 효율적으로 사용할 수 있다.
