세종시가 지역 농업인들의 안정적 소득 확보와 고품질 쌀 생산·소비 확대 등을 위해 친환경 농산분야 25개 사업에 171억 원을 투입한다고 12일 밝혔다.
세종시가 소득증가를 위해 171억 원을 지원하는 주요사업으로는 안전 농산물 생산 7억 원 ,못자리 상토 등 농자재와 드론 방제 26억 원 ,공익직불제 등 농업인 소득 보장 130억 원 ,전략작물직불제 2.7억 원 ,농업인 안전재해 보험 3억 원 ,농기계 지원 2.3억 원 등이다.
세종시는 또 올해 농산물우수관리(GAP) 인증 삼광벼를 재배하는 농가를 대상으로 지급하는 장려금 한도를 2ha(360포대)에서 3ha(480포)로 높이고, 세종을 대표하는 쌀 ‘싱싱세종 쌀’이 삼광쌀 품종으로 재배되는 만큼 장려금 지급 한도를 상향해 재배를 유도한다는 계획이다.
농기계 지원사업의 평가 기준에는 농산물우수관리(GAP) 인증, 친환경 인증, 3대 보험(농기계·안전 재해·농업재해) 가입 등 농정시책 참여도를 반영해 선정 신뢰도를 높였고, 청년농, 여성농, 귀농인에게는 가점을 부여한다. 특히 여성농업인의 영농 편의를 높이기 위해 농작업대와 충전 운반차를 신규 지원한다.
소농 직불금은 지난해보다 10만 원이 오른 130만 원을 지급한다.
