브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 17일 1500세대 신축 아파트를 짓는 인천 서구 ‘왕길역 로열파크시티 푸르지오 현장’에서 CEO 안전점검을 실시했다고 17일 밝혔다.
이 날 안전점검에서는 백정완 사장을 비롯해 심상철 노조위원장과 CSO 김영일 전무, 조달 및 안전보건 부문 임원/팀장이 참여했다.
왕길역 로열파크시티 푸르지오는 현재 골조 공사가 완료된 상태로 이번 점검에서는 타워크레인 고위험 작업의 안전수칙 준수 여부와 스카이라운지가 들어서는 110동 24층 외관 특화마감 공사에 대한 안전점검을 집중적으로 실시했다.
백정완 사장은 이날 강평에서 “현장의 자율적인 안전관리를 위해서는 적극적인 소통과 모두의 참여가 중요하다”며 “근로자 작업중지권 활성화를 위해 분기별로 작업중지권 활용 우수 사례에 대한 개인 포상을 확대하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 대우건설은 기본과 원칙을 강조하는 경영이념과 CEO, CSO 등 경영진의 강한 의지를 바탕으로 올해를 ‘중대재해 Zero’ 원년의 해로 삼겠다는 각오다. 특히, 협력회사의 안전보건 수준 향상을 위한 프로그램을 전년보다 200% 확대해 시행하고, 안전분야 배점을 상향해 협력회사 평가에 반영할 계획이다.
IT시스템을 활용한 안전관리도 더욱 강화한다. CCTV 통합 플랫폼을 도입해 위험작업시 안전수칙 준수여부를 실시간 확인하고 모니터링 할 수 있는 체계를 갖출 예정이며, 모바일 기반 대우건설 안전관리시스템인 ‘스마티(Smarty)’ 시스템 활용도를 높혀 근로자들간의 실시간 소통 및 빠른 의사결정에 박차를 가할 방침이다.
