김해시 ‘건축물 해체허가’ 간소화 시행

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 건축물관리법 제정·시행으로 건축물 철거를 위한 행정 절차가 복잡하고 강화되어 시민들의 불편이 가중되고 있어 이에 따른 건축물 해체 간소화 방안을 마련해 2월부터 시행한다고 밝혔다.

시는 공장이나 창고와 같이 유사한 형태의 건축물 중 동일한 구조의 건축물로 건축하거나 구조적으로 서로 간섭이 없이 단순히 붙어 있는 건축물의 별동을 철거하거나, 서로 다른 건축 구조로 되어 있으나 구조적 간섭없이 단순히 붙어 있는 건축물의 동일 구조만 철거하는 경우 대수선 허가 없이 해체허가로 일원화 한다.

또한 국토부의 표준 해체계획서의 서식이 복잡하고 분량이 많은 문제점을 해소하고자 시 자체적으로 해체 신고의 간소화 해체계획서를 마련 시행한다고 밝혔다.

대상 건축물은 1층이하이며 연면적 100㎡이하인 건축물 철거 관리지역,농림지역 또는 자연환경보전지역 연면적 200㎡미만인 건축물 종전의 바닥면적 85㎡이내 증축·개축·재축에 해당하는 구간을 해체하는 건축물에 적용한다.
