시는 올해 민생과 직접 연관된 사업비 총 1조 2,651억 원의 65%인 8,223억 원을 상반기 집행 목표로 설정하고, 긴급입찰제도를 적극 활용해 각 공정별 소요기간을 단축하는 등 집행을 앞당기기 위한 다양한 노력을 펼칠 예정이다.
