세종시의회 전세사기 예방 대책 마련 및 피해지원을 위한 특별위원회’(이하 ‘전세사기 예방 특위’) 제1차 회의를 2월 13일 개최하고, 김재형 의원과 김효숙 의원을 각각 위원장과 부위원장으로 선출했다.
전세사기 예방 특위는 김재형 위원장, 김효숙 부위원장을 비롯해 의원 총 5명으로 구성됐으며 오는 6월 30일까지 활동을 이어갈 예정이다.
