브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= bhc치킨은 지난해 나눔 활동을 통해 사회복지시설에 전달된 치킨이 1만2000여 마리에 이른다고 밝혔다.
bhc치킨 가맹본부는 2014년부터 임직원 및 가맹점 교육 프로그램과 연계한 ‘복지단체 치킨 기부’ 활동을 지속적으로 전개하고 있다.
2023년 한 해 동안은 총 170여 차례에 걸쳐 명진들꽃사랑마을(보육원), 작은 안나의 집(장애인시설), 신아재활원, 새비전지역아동센터 등 서울과 수도권을 중심으로 사회복지시설 15곳에 치킨 기부가 이뤄졌다.
기부 물품은 bhc치킨의 시그니처 메뉴인 ‘뿌링클’을 비롯한 ‘맛초킹’, ‘후라이드’,지난해 선보인 ‘마법클’과 사이드 메뉴까지 다양하게 준비돼 전달됐다.
