브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넷마블은 넷마블·코웨이 임직원 자녀를 위한 사내 보육시설 ‘넷마블 푸르니 어린이집’을 개원했다고 4일 밝혔다.
넷마블 푸르니 어린이집은 연면적 약 550평 규모로, 지하 1층부터 지상 4층까지 단독 건물로 조성됐다.
주요 시설은 학급별 교실을 포함해 보육실 6개, 교사실, 식당, 휴게실, 양호실, 외부 놀이터 등 공용 공간으로 구성됐으며, 푸르니 보육지원재단이 운영을 맡았다.
어린이집 건물은 자연친화적 공간 콘셉트로 설계됐다. 모든 층에 자연채광을 받을 수 있도록 디자인하고, 중앙광장 및 높은 전망대를 배치해 내부에서도 자연을 느끼고 상상력을 높일 수 있도록 했다.
뿐만 아니라, 원아들의 안전을 최우선적으로 고려해 외부 놀이공간을 건물 내부에 배치한 디자인이 특징이다. 외부 놀이공간은 ‘캠핑’을 테마로 인디언텐트, 오두막 조합놀이대, 통나무 놀이터, 모래 놀이터 등으로 구성됐다.
넷마블 푸르니 어린이집은 만 1세부터 만 5세까지 총 약 170여 명 정원으로, 10개 반 구성을 통해 연령별 맞춤형 보육 서비스를 제공할 계획이다. 유아교육 전문교사, 간호사, 영양사, 조리사 등 총 28명의 교직원이 아이들을 돌보며, 2명의 원어민 강사가 영어 교육을 담당한다.
아울러 오전 8시 30분부터 22시까지 운영해 임직원의 편의성을 높였다. 오전 간식, 점심, 오후 간식, 저녁식사까지 전문 영양사가 어린이집에서 직접 조리한 음식 위주로 제공될 예정이다.
넷마블 관계자는 “이번 넷마블 푸르니 어린이집 개원이 넷마블·코웨이 임직원의 육아 부담 해소에 작은 도움이 되길 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 부모들이 안심하고 근무할 수 있는 환경이 될 수 있도록 적극적으로 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
