브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 ‘BBC 스튜디오’와 협력해 당사 영유아 전용 IPTV 서비스인 지니 TV 키즈랜드의 새로운 월정액 서비스 ‘BBC Kids’를 국내 독점 출시한다고 29일 밝혔다.
BBC Kids는 BBC 스튜디오의 글로벌 어린이 브랜드로 12세 이하 아이들을 위해 엄선한 안전하고 교육적인 수준 높은 키즈 프로그램을 제공한다.
대표적으로 ‘영국 아카데미 시상식(BAFTA)’과 ‘국제 에미상(International Emmy Awards)’을 수상한 유아용 애니메이션인 ‘헤이 더기(Hey Duggee)’다.
헤이더기는 아이들이 강아지 더기가 운영하는 ‘다람쥐 클럽’ 놀이방에서 다양한 활동에 참여해 배지를 획득하면서 그 과정에서 아이들에게 책임감, 팀워크, 도전, 즐거움 등을 느낄 수 있게 알려준다. 시즌 전편 모두 제공한다.
