브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 올해 1분기 정규직 채용공고 수가 가장 많이 증가한 지역은 ‘충남’이었다.
12일 인크루트에 따르면 작년과 올해 1분기 자사플랫폼에 등록된 정규직 채용공고를 17개 광역시도별로 나눠 빅데이터를 분석한 결과, 전체 정규직 공고 수는 작년 1분기 대비 올해 9% 감소했다.
17개 지역 중 공고 수가 증가한 곳은 5곳이었고, ‘전남’은 동일했다. 감소한 지역은 11곳으로 전체의 65%가 감소한 것이다.
이중 공고 수가 가장 많이 증가한 지역은 ‘충남’(24%)이었다. 충청남도는 삼성을 비롯한 대기업이 입주한 산업단지들이 아산, 천안 등에 다수 조성돼 있어 일자리가 풍부한 지역으로 꼽힌다. 또한, 구직자 면접수당 지원사업 등을 통해 고용활성화를 촉진하고 있는 것이 채용 증가에 영향이 있는 것으로 보인다.
